Yes, you can! Our products have been tested to ensure safe use with contact lenses. Our products don’t have any toxic or harmful ingredients and cater to those with sensitive eyes. While all sizes shouldn’t cause any discomfort under glasses, we offer shorter length options as part of our kit which sit comfortably under glasses. Please ensure to patch test before first use.

Yes. Our lashes are designed to be reused! If treated with care and cleaned in accordance to our instructions, each set of lashes can be reused up to 5 times. You can follow our removal and cleaning guides for instructions on how to reuse the lashes in our Learning Centre.

Our lash extensions are water and sweat resistant so you can go about your daily activities without a worry. We do recommend avoiding excessive water exposure to the lashes to ensure optimal longevity and recommend washing your face in sections to avoid getting lashes wet.

Absolutely, our bond will adhere to whatever lashes you do have, even if they are thin or short. Just ensure to place bond at the base of lashes.

No, please refrain from using mascara over our lash extensions.

We are committed to sourcing and using only the best products with safe ingredients, our products do not include any toxic or harmful ingredients and are safe for sensitive eyes. Please ensure to ALWAYS use the Elysian Removal serum to take off lash extensions. Pulling off the extensions without using the removal serum will result in damage to your natural lashes. Please follow our application and removal guides to ensure natural lashes are not damaged.

That’s totally fine, simply use a Q-Tip or cotton bud soaked in some makeup remover and gently wipe bond off skin.

Please ensure you tightly close your Elysian Bond bottle after every use. As the bond is designed to dry extremely fast, if it is exposed to air for too long it may start to get clumpy.

It is normal for your extensions to feel a little heavy at first, as you get used to them, it should start to feel normal.
If it persists after a few days it may be due to a few reasons including:
Using too much Bond. Ensure you only use a very small amount of bond when applying lashes.
Placement of lashes. Ensure you place the extension band 1mm away from waterline. If extension is too big for your eyes (length ways), feel free to trim them a little on the inner corner.
Style choice. Select another style choice that has a little less volume.
Too many clusters. Lessen the number of clusters you apply to your eye. Don’t overlap them or place them a little further apart.

Simply remove that one cluster using our removal serum (be careful not to place removal serum on surrounding lashes) and re-apply the cluster using the same application method. Application and removal guides can be found in our Learning Centre
